Sick

Oh shit son, I have to interrupt all the thoughts for that clip.  Watching the news, I know, bad idea, and somewhere I don't know because they haven't said the state yet, a clip of a school bus being hit by a vehicle.  I would venture to guess no one was seriously injured as the footage was aired, but hot damn that was a lot of kids on the inside roof of a bus.
Yeah they were ok, relatively.

So news.  I am kinda sick of the world a bit.  There is hope to be found, provided we band together.

Also I have been sick.  Thus the post.  I blame my coworkers.  A few in particular.  I think it was somewhere between a sinus infection and acute bronchitis.   Well I took Saturday, Sunday, and most of Monday to do nothing but sleep, eat, drink plenty of fluids, and hug a bottle of Nyquil.  Really I should have taken Friday off as well, but hey, paycheck don't pay itself amirite?
Good news is I'm heading on the up and up.
Still a bit out of it.  Today was my first day back and 10 hours no less.  Ears still popping, nose still stuffy, cough, present, but very subdued.
I tell ya what though, between the coughing and nose blowing which has so far resulted in 2 different nose bleeds, I have abs of steel.

Also Harry Potter is on.  Deathly Hallows pt 2.  It was a pretty good one.

But yeah it is pretty funny, I took 2 official days off, well, 1, and a recommended, and a Sunday.
Ok I took time off.
Came back at I'd say about 80%.
Worked 10 hours.
And STILL did better work than some people there.

It's no wonder that my immediate supervisor, and his supervisor, jokingly and literally ask when I'm moving to Utah.

Also, ALSO, on the van ride back to the lot, driver dude turned the radio OFF of Dio's Rainbow in the Dark.
Uncultured swine.
